What’s your return policy?
Joyful Keyper wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Keep it only if it performs for you. If it doesn’t, send it back for a full refund. Our return policy allows you to send back returns-eligible merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping fee. If an item is returned due to a defect we will refund the shipping. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
How do I return an item that’s defective ?
No problem! If you receive a defective item, or we sent you the wrong item, you may return the product within 30 days. Place a note in the package indicating you’d like a replacement of the same item or exchanged in a new color and we’ll correct the issue. When we receive the return, we’ll refund the shipping and send out a new item at no additional cost to you. When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Mistakes happen, and when it does we take full responsibility for them, and work with you to make it right.
What’s your policy for exchanges?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back returns-eligible merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for an exchange. Simply return the item within 30 days of receipt to return your item for a free replacement of the same item in a different color. If your request for an exchange results in any additional merchandise or shipping costs, and you paid by credit card, your credit card will be charged for those additional costs. Payment methods other than a credit card may result in an order cancellation & a refund may be issued. If the requested exchange is no longer available, Joyful Keyper will issue a refund.
